The inaugural post.

Greetings and salutations! This blog has been created for a few purposes. First, I have an assignment for my Technology for Teaching and Learning class at the U of M. Second, I wanted to chronicle my baking plans for the MN State Fair. And third, I wanted to create a foods resource for my kids at St. Anthony Village High School and Middle School, where I currently student teach. Therefore, Bake-straveganza! has been created. I love to bake, and I hope I can better my skills as well as sharing some knowledge.
